Horrible Experience at Sunnyvale Hyundai Dealership

If you have any other horrible dealer experience, please share!!!!

This is to express my experience dealing with Hyundai Dealer at Sunnyvale CA.
Sunnyvale Hyundai
Sunnyvale, CA 94087

Felt mentally stressed.
Felt totally discriminated.

This is regarding an incident happened on May 20th 2007 (around 4:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM) at Sunnyvale Hyundai.

As a customer, I went into the dealership to look for an used 2006 Azera.
I searched internet and had the cost figured out.
The first sale person was good to deal and he said that he has to talk to the manager. Then the manager came.

The problem starts from here.
I was not going to pay more than the amount that I had in my mind, and since the price did not match, I just walked out. At this point I had several brochures with me (2007 Azera, Sonata, Santa Fe).

Suddenly the sales manager takes the brochures from me and he says that I can not have more than one brochure.
I asked why and also asked if there is any enforcement on how many brochures the customer can have.
He said, yes and said "just one brochure for you."

I felt violated and discriminated. Then I asked, if I could have his business card. Then he said "no".
I also asked for customer complaint form. Then he says, there is no customer survey.

Then he tries to throw me out of the dealership threatening by calling the cops.
He then tells me to give the home phone number so that he can call my parents???

I asked if I did anything wrong.
Then he says "get out" and continues to threaten me by calling the cops.

The only thing that I did was to walk in the dealership and ask the best offer that they can give me. Since the price was not reasonable, I just tried to walk out.

First, I don't understand why the sales manager took the brochures from me. He suddenly took the brochures from me with no reason.
Why insist to have my phone number to call the parents???
Also he threatened to call the cops. He tried to grab me and mentioned several time that he was going to call the cops.
Unfair treatment from the dealership and I felt totally discriminated.

I tried to find any customer survey from Hyundai America but it seems there is none.
Does Hyundai America track customer survey from the dealerships?
